Our client is an innovative Fintech leader in the financial services sector, committed to advancing their bespoke, cutting-edge CRM platform. This platform allows them to consistently deliver market-leading features and expand their diverse product offerings to residential and commercial customers.

The Opportunity:

As the preferred applicant - AI Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a foundational member of a newly established team, ensuring that AI-driven features across the company’s CRM platform, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), decisioning engine, and various proprietary tools are reliable, accurate, and performant. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the QA processes, define testing standards, and influence the overall approach to quality within a rapidly evolving team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Development: Develop and execute test plans for AI-driven features across multiple platforms, establishing the QA practices that ensure high-quality integrations.
• Output Validation: Validate the outputs of AI tools for accuracy and alignment with business objectives across various systems, setting the standard for quality within the team.
• Performance Testing: Perform stress and performance testing on AI integrations, contributing to the foundational practices that will guide the team’s approach to quality assurance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues related to AI tools and their integration across different platforms, influencing the team’s problem-solving and QA approach.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously update and maintain test cases to adapt to new AI features and updates, establishing processes that support ongoing improvement within the team.
• Documentation: Document testing processes and results to ensure traceability and compliance across the proprietary technology stack, helping to shape the documentation standards for the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree Educated / Relevant experience
• Significant experience in software testing, with a focus on AI/ML applications across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including AI agents and systems that improve through feedback loops within diverse technology environments.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for shaping new teams and influencing the delivery of quality across AI-driven projects.
