Your missions

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Vendor Support and Integration Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the successful enablement of products to third-party vendors.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Support requests from internal and external customers for data, troubleshooting, and general support
  • Support inventory management, including projections of inventory needed and ensuring inventory is exhausted
  • Monitor and respond to data alerts for integration and/or product disruptions
  • Create and maintain business and technical documentation for products and processes

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Experience in troubleshooting
  • Experience in managing a ticket queue and working within SLAs
  • Experience in product and process documentation
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Knowledge of digital media
  • Experience working with Jira is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak to users of different levels of knowledge and understanding
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
