The role is to manage Adit's social media footprint. We are looking for a full-stack social media marketer who can drive the whole life cycle of social media marketing across stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
♦ Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, but not limited to) for the brand.
♦ Identify, strategize and communicate with focused industry communities of Facebook which are relevant to the brand
♦ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
♦ Monitor industry news, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for the Brand.
♦ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the social media presence of Adit.
Social Brand Management:
♦ Manage and grow Adit's social brand by fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers.
♦ Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with Adit's brand persona, voice and relevant business goals.
♦ Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on all social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Solving:
♦ Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies for both brands.
♦ Identify opportunities with potential business impact, and adopt first principle thinking for solving.
Skills and Competencies:
♦ Proficient in American English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
♦ Strong social media presence with a substantial following on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin
Proven track record of managing and growing professional Social Media profiles.

Qualification:
♦ 6 to 9 years of experience in social media management and social media marketing.
♦ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus (with a particular focus on dental care is a bonus).
