Job Role & Responsibilities:-

Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features.
Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.
Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, and conversion into software components.
Designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection, and security features.
Performance tuning and automation of applications.
Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems.

Technical background

AI Developer - Text Analytics/NLP/NER - Must have a working knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, NER (Named Entity Recognition), Deep Learning, text analytics, recommendation engines - Libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Ability to build solutions to real-world problems using AI/ML/DL (in NLP/Text mainly)
Candidate having HR domain-related projects will be preferred
Reinforcement learning will be a plus
Must have experience at least 2 years on AI/ML/Dl projects
Specialization/certification in Artificial intelligence will be a plus
