Senior SAP Consultant Retail (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany; remote, Spain; remote Greece

As a Senior SAP Retail Consultant (m/f/d) specializing in the BestSecret SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management solution within the Master Data domain, your role will involve shaping and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions to meet both current and future business requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in Master Data Management to support day-to-day operations and handle change requests with a high level of proficiency.
• Assist in creating and designing the MDM roadmap for the S/4 HANA Digital Core solution and oversee the delivery of planned solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with peripheral application systems.
• Advocate for Master Data Governance best practices within the organization and aid in process and change management efforts.
• Contribute to the development of streamlined solution architectures, review and validate software or data modeling designs to ensure they meet security and scalability requirements in line with evolving IT governance standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, end-to-end process alignment, and technology stack development, supporting business queries and ongoing solution improvements.
  
  
  

Your qualification

• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4 HANA and a deep understanding of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and related data distribution methods.
• Strong grasp of both technical and business processes within SAP cross-functional master data management.
• Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, with a background in retail, e-commerce, or the fashion industry being an advantage.
• Proven track record in functional consulting with a process-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and perspectives to stakeholders.
