We are seeking a talented Architect with expertise in Node.js, React, Python, and cloud-based development to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring they meet architectural standards, performance requirements, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions using Node.js, React, Python, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Leading technical architecture discussions and decisions, considering short-term and long-term trade-offs.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (including developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and frameworks for the development team.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensuring architectural integrity and consistency across all systems and components.
  • Identifying and addressing technical debt and other potential risks early in the development process.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • 15-20 years of experience in various roles in designing and delivering applications with architecture background.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Software Architect or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Node.js, React, Python, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
  • Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading development teams is a plus.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
