Your missions

The role:

As a Recruitment Coordination Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the Senior Recruitment Coordinators. A key objective of this role is to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction that is consistently maintained and achieved by you and your team. The Team Lead will build and extend relationships through excellence in recruitment coordination process, including interview scheduling.

As the Team Leader you will lead our APAC team.


Job location: Singapore - Singapore (remote)


In this role you will:

  • Manage team across multiple geographies, leading them to deliver a world class recruitment coordination service for our client
  • Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
  • Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
  • Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Senior Management relationships
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives


To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Demonstrated success in both a recruitment coordination capacity as well as team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability
  • Language requirements: Fluency in English
