  • Monitor and resolve issues during the release process, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution to maintain stability in production environments.
  • Conduct post-release evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements, including further automation of the release pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and best practices, particularly in areas such as security, data privacy, and software integrity.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • 5+ years of experience in release management, ideally in the digital banking or financial technology sector.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in DevOps environments.
  • Proven experience with digital banking products, including an understanding of the complexities involved in releasing financial software in a secure, compliant manner.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and security best practices within the Canadian financial industry.
