Job Description

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.


Basic Requirements

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
  • 4+ years of QA experience, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing
  • 2+ years of experience in developing large and complex software in a professional context
  • Experience designing, documenting, and executing manual test cases as well as developing and maintaining automated test suites
  • Proficiency in using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot issues systematically
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various roles within the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)
  • Proficient on Linux and Windows platforms
  • Experience with C#
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, and tools like JMeter, Postman, and TestRail
  • Data parsing and validation experience with XML and JSON
  • Experience with database testing, including designing and manipulating test data
  • Knowledge of design principles, design patterns, anti-patterns, and best practices for maintainable code
  • A passion for technology and continuous learning to keep up with the latest testing trends and techniques
