Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow project experience, Strong knowledge in ServiceNow administration and configuration, Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB, Fluent German (at least B2) and good English skills, Experience in leading projects is preferred.

- Analyze customer requirements regarding IT infrastructure and services
- Provide technical consulting and support for ServiceNow
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers
