For this, we seek to integrate a Scrum Master into our team.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Technical or university professional in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
• Have a Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
• Knowledge of software development.
• Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, scaled agility models, business agility.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Advanced English (desirable).
• Knowledge of adoption of team management tools and projects (Jira, SQL and NoSQL Database).
• Knowledge and experience of project management.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
