Job description

Hello! We are Tekton Labs, a technology and software development consulting company, founded in Silicon Valley and with offices in Peru, Mexico, and the United States. We have 15 years of experience designing and developing innovative solutions to help companies (and especially people!) achieve their goals. As we grow, the challenges increase. For this, we seek to integrate a Scrum Master into our team.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Technical or university professional in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
Have a Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
Knowledge of software development.
Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, scaled agility models, business agility.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
Advanced English (desirable).
Knowledge of adoption of team management tools and projects (Jira, SQL and NoSQL Database).
Knowledge and experience of project management.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
