The Healthcare Recruitment Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

• Proactively source and identify qualified healthcare professionals using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and experience for specific roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future healthcare staffing needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage potential candidates, providing them with information about job opportunities and the organization.
• Track and manage candidate data and interactions using the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and sourcing.

What you bring to the team:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in the
healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and organization skills which work both for you as an individual
and within a team setting.
Nice to Have:
• Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Experience using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and qualifications.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
• This is a remote position. Must have reliable Wi-Fi.
• Some evening and weekend work hours may be needed on occasion
