Fordefi | Front-End Engineer at SD Solutions

On behalf of Fordefi — an early-stage startup in the blockchain space, SD Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Mobile Engineer to join the core team. You will be part of the development of a product in the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem, which manages $Bs of assets and addresses real pain points in a fast-growing market. You will be shaping the user experience around both digital assets and security while working on various UI clients.

We currently have over a dozen clients who use our product daily and are aiming for the next big leap. You will join a top-notch team of engineers with proven success in security and blockchain. We believe in ownership, the highest engineering standards, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using the React framework, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Build pixel-perfect web components from scratch, ensuring they meet design specifications and user requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Utilize TypeScript to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, enhancing type safety and development speed.
• Stay updated with and quickly learn new technologies, independently applying them to improve project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals and timelines are met.

Requirements:

• 6+ years working with React framework.
• The ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.
• Has previously built complex web applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with REST API and WebSockets.
• Experience working with Typescript.
• Experience building pixel-perfect web components from scratch.
• Experience working collaboratively with UX designers, product managers and engineers.
