As the Manager of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Postscript's Core SMS Product and Platform. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive competitive intelligence efforts, and contribute to product growth and adoption across multiple customer segments.

Primary duties
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Lead the development of differentiated messaging and positioning for Postscript’s Core SMS Product and Platform, ensuring it resonates with different customer segments. Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to create a single narrative across all Postscript product lines.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions, collaborating closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Partner with our Director of Enablement on competitive intelligence efforts, staying ahead of market trends and competitors. Ensure that the sales and marketing teams are equipped with the necessary insights to win against key competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, GTM teams, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Team Leadership: Partner with and develop one direct report initially, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities. 
What We’ll Love About You
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS and at least 1 year of experience managing direct reports. 
  • Focus on martech or ecommerce highly preferred
  • Proven track record of working in sales and customer success-led organizations, with a deep understanding of the customer and the ability to create enablement materials that drive results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working with Product Managers, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • An expert project manager who has a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience marketing products that involve data, integrations, and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Time spent in ecommerce or marketing to ecommerce merchants is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
