Role Overview:

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a strong professional with experience in sales and management in the concrete industry. This position reports to the Regional Manager, Pacific Southwest Region. The successful candidate’s primary role will be to provide plans and direction for improving profitability and revenue of the Area. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining key account relationships, and support of newly attained accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible to train, develop, and mentor direct reports. Responsible for maintaining industry relationships within the Area. Ensures that company initiatives, policies, and procedures are implemented and communicated effectively to all direct reports.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing,

·         Or related field is also an asset – experience in lieu of education will be considered.

·         Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry

·         Must have excellent communication and computer skills.

·         Executive selling skills and expertise.

·         Financial analysis skills

·         Valid Driver License and be able to drive for extended periods of time.

·         Geographical locations will be Arizona and New Mexico.
