Essential Responsibilities 

  • Work on an implementation team supporting senior consultants throughout all phases of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, from initiation and configuration to post-go-live support
  • Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements to deliver customized Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate with senior consultants on solution design, testing, and deployment phases
  • Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Oracle Cloud applications
  • Document business process designs, write test scripts, and create client presentations to support project deliverables
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to clients to ensure seamless adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud product features and enhancements to deliver the latest solutions to clients, including obtaining and maintaining relevant Oracle Cloud certifications
  • Remote position, with up to 10% travel required for client engagements, project support, and attendance at training and conferences.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning about Oracle Cloud ERP modules and practical application to business processes, with prior experience in Oracle ERP or other ERP systems considered a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a client-facing, fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to team members and clients
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior internship or work experience in consulting, Accounting, Finance, business analysis, or IT support is a plus
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships, is preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
