About Our Opportunity:
As the Care Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational health of our Care business through detailed reporting, strategic project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive key initiatives from strategy to implementation, ensure accountability, and support leadership with data analysis and presentation preparation.

Things You’ll Do Here:
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to monitor and assess the operational performance of the Care business.
  • Identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions based on data analysis.
  • Lead the execution of strategic projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, assign responsibilities, set timelines, and hold team members accountable for deliverables.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to drive and support projects that impact the Care business.
  • Foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication to achieve shared goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of decks and other presentation materials for leadership, running necessary data analysis to provide accurate and insightful information.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Care business.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related.
  • 7+ years in the Healthcare Management space, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or customer service environment.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and working cross-functionally is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate potential issues, and develop effective solutions, while prioritizing tasks critical to the business.

A plus if you have:
  • MPH, MHA, MBA in the Healthcare Management field.
  • Working knowledge of Case Management/Utilization Management practices and procedure.
