Job Description

Como Gerente Asociado, serás punto de contacto principal y liderar la relación con el cliente poniendo su satisfacción, medida a través de NPS, como prioridad a través del entendiendo 360 de la cuenta como prioridades estratégicas. 

También gestionarás equipos multifuncionales a través de liderazgo no jerárquico para lograr estrechar la relación entre NIQ y el cliente a la par que se detecten oportunidades para hacer crecer la relación de negocio. 

Responsabilidades: 

  • Generar relaciones de valor con el cliente como punto de contacto principal. Es el dueño de la relación, lidera la cuenta en coordinación con equipos de Industry Insights, Account Development y Client Response para dar un servicio integral. 

  • Tener un entendimiento profundo de las necesidades estratégicas del cliente para definir, ejecutar y dar seguimiento al plan de cuenta del cliente. 

  • Generar vínculos positivos que se traduzcan en nuevas oportunidades de ventas para la compañía. 

  • Elevar las conversaciones dentro del cliente tanto a nivel estratégico como de servicio. 

  • Seguimiento de los indicadores de servicio y modelo de servicio. 

Qualifications
  • Conocimiento en consumo masivo 

  • Manejo de idioma inglés 

  • Manejo Microsoft Avanzado 

  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales 

  • Capacidad analítica 

  • Conocimiento en información NielsenIQ     

  • Habilidades de negociación  

  • Habilidades de presentación y comunicación 

  • Habilidad para detectar negocios y clientes claves dentro de las cuentas. 

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, empuje y manejo de equipos
