Join our team as a Product Manager in Embedded Insurance and play a key role in shaping the future of our insurance solutions. In this impactful position, you'll drive product strategy, aligning vision with customer needs and market trends to deliver innovative embedded insurance offerings.


Your role will span from conducting in-depth market research to crafting a product roadmap, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these solutions to life. You’ll ensure the product’s success through meticulous planning, testing, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering value and advocating for the customer at every step.

WHAT YOU'LL BE FOCUSING ON DAY-TO-DAY 
  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product's vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals, prioritizing features and improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring the product to market.
  • Requirements: Create detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
  • Launch and Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer support.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the product's success against these metrics.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and desires.

HERE'S WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT 
  • Experience: Typically, product managers have several years of experience in product management or related roles. This position requires also understanding of insurance products – previous experience in an insurtech is a huge plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product decisions with the company's vision.
  • User-Centricity: A strong focus on understanding and meeting user needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of technology and development processes to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead without authority, influence others, and drive product
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and iterate on product strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in product development.
