Your missions

This is a remote position.

Our client is a service provider based in London. They provide payroll services to the construction industry. Their service provides the handling of invoicing and receiving payments from construction companies. They also process payments and deduction of CIS tax and Umbrella Services.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join their sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business and achieving your sales goals. We expect an outstanding communicator with excellent professional listening skills.

This is a full-time and permanent remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through cold calling and other lead generation activities.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the services and address client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on CIS regulations and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
  • Pitching services and building a pipeline.
  • Booking online meetings.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of telesales experience, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Fluently spoken in English, with a neutral accent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening and understanding skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections.
  • Laptop and internet connection.


Benefits
  • R15 000 - R19 000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm GMT
