This is a remote position.

Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
Monday to Friday
8 AM to 5 PM EDT (8 PM to 5 AM Manila Time)
1-hour unpaid lunch


The Outbound Sales Agent is a dynamic and target-driven individual responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with the company's products or services. This role is highly commission-driven, rewarding agents for their sales prowess and ability to convert leads into customers. While basic salaries may be provided, they often reflect the agent's industry experience and expertise.

Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and chat.
• Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
• Present the company's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
• May be required to participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
• Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.

Requirements
• 3+ years sales experience
• Fluent in spoken English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills.
• Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
