This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

The Student Services Officer plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support services to students, fostering a positive and inclusive campus environment, and ensuring students' overall well-being and success. This position involves collaborating with various campus departments, faculty, and staff to address students' needs and concerns effectively.

Job Description:

● Receive and process student enquiries through the various Skills Generation Administration platforms.
● Conduct enrolment and administration activities in compliance with ASQA and State government education and training Departmental guidelines.
● Conduct enrollments and administration as requested, which increases or creates opportunities for Skills Generation to increase its sales.
● Undertake various administrative tasks relevant to enrollments and RTO administration, including documentation creation and control.
● Undertake the Skills Generation Assessment Review Process.
● Maintain and securely keep accurate enrolment and administration records.
● Support training partners through effective communications and high level customer service focus as required.
● Build Skills Generation brand and reputation by maintaining a professional image, including on all social media.
● Attend meetings as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or a related field
  • 2 Years of relevant experience
  • Ability to convert student enquiries and develop sustainable relationships that increases Skills Generation’s profitable business opportunities
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict situations
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including the Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • ​Experience with aXcelerate, Student Convert and/or Cloud Assess would be highly regarded
