Job description

We are looking for energetic, resilient, and dedicated individuals to join our team of Customer Service Consultants. Located at our Karawatha Contact Centre, where every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

  • Training will be provided to ensure your success and confidence in the role.

  • After probation, enjoy the best of both worlds with a mix of office and home working—working one day from home.

  • We’re all about teamwork and having each other's backs. We make sure our workplace is fun, supportive, and full of opportunities to shine.

  • Whether you're juggling family, studies, or simply looking for flexibility, our part-time hours are designed to fit around your schedule.

What You’ll Do:

  • Chat with customers via phone, email, and chat—making every interaction count.

  • Stay cool under pressure, quickly resolving customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.

  • Handle multiple tasks like a pro, whether it’s talking with a customer while updating our systems or helping them navigate self-service options.

  • Record important details in our Salesforce CRM, ensuring every customer gets the care they deserve.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Great communication skills with the ability to adapt to different people and situations.

  • The ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

  • Experience in fast food, logistics, or any fast-moving industry is a big plus—but a can-do attitude is what matters most.
