Key responsabilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for sales teams regarding policy servicing
- Document policy holder service requests in Salesforce
- Manage changes and updates to client policies and premium payments
- Provide timely support for illustration requests and maintain records
- Assist with other duties as assigned related to policy support
