What will you do?

  • Responsible for Velsera’s full suite of clinical health data solution delivery.
  • Be able to manage a large portfolio of various clinical data integration project types, while meeting deadlines.
  • Understand the clinical lab's needs, provide them with the solution with tools provided, and train them for successful usage of the platform or solution Be able to think outside the box when proposing strategies and solutions for client issues.
  • Configure software components for our customers’ clinical laboratory.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal departments to design, develop and implement HL7 messages
  • Be a subject matter expert in our software solutions and integration options to troubleshoot and resolve Tier-II technical support issues in collaboration with Support Specialists
  • Provide and design customer facing training for our clinical solution software integrations
  • Collect product feedback as you interact with our clients, as well as participate in product requirements discussions and user acceptance testing
  • Guide and train entry level and less experienced application engineers
  • Proactively contribute in the form of process improvement projects in ways that are measurable and actively contribute to implementation efficiency.

What do you bring to the table?
  • Result-driven and like to work in a no-nonsense company environment
  • Master's degree in a positive science or engineering preferred
  • At least 8 years' work experience in a relevant field
  • A strong background in technical matters, especially in IT, software development, and biology 
  • Clinical Data Integration experience
  • Experience with HL7 and API experience required
  • Previous experience with project management preferred
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written. Every other language is a plus
  • Background in NGS, qPCR, Serology of Mass Spec are a plus
