Your missions

Description/Responsibilities:

Our Associate Utilization Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for Tivity Health’s network of partnered gyms and instructors. This individual will provide both telephonic and electronic support to ensure collection of timely utilization for processing before delivery to all business stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be utilized to drive partner satisfaction and foster positive experiences while supporting gym staff and instructors. Other responsibilities include researching and resolving internal and external partner reporting issues, educating partners on program practices and compliance, directing partners to appropriate resources, and resolving partner inquiries to support partners and maintain successful day-to-day delivery of Tivity Health’s fitness programs. In this role you will also be performing additional QC functions during the monthly processing review period.

 

  • Establish data tracking and reporting protocols with contracted service providers.
  • Monitor the timeliness of data delivery from fitness partners to Tivity Health.
  • Outreach to partners who are delinquent in data delivery.
  • Identify and resolve reporting issues found in partner data which do not comply with Tivity Health’s data standards.
  • Maintain succinct records of all communications and issues encountered, including progress and resolution.
  • Respond to a variety of inbound calls from fitness partners and help them to troubleshoot concerns with resolution.
  • Manage data tracking hardware utilized by fitness partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Communicate with fitness partner staff and fitness instructors via telephonic and email communications.

 

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 year administrative or customer service experience required.
  • Demonstrated abilities in critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to organize essential job responsibilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrates a high attention to detail.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Works independently and formulates recommendations to resolve and support fitness partners.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to resolve problems and direct resources appropriately.
  • Team player with strong customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) knowledge preferred.
