What You Will Do:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and developing improved procedures
- Define project requirements clearly in the form of epic/feature/user story and work with teams to estimate and prioritize.
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Review a variety of areas including utilization management, controls, compliance for healthcare
- Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Facilitate team and client meetings and presentations
- Assist with the design, build, rollout and run support for technology solutions
- Accountable for adoption of solutions
- Assist with financial management by managing solution lifecycle costs
Skills and Experience You Will Need:
Required:
- Must be able to define standards for the RPA tool implementation e.g., business case criteria, technical standards, estimation standards, adoption approach, integration standards
- Extensive experience of automation of legacy processes and system written in Visual Basic, Excel macro applications, custom Java/.Net applications.
- Experience managing and accepting UIPath solutions is required.
- 5+ years of experience in working with client and company teams to clearly articulate backlog in tools like Jira, Agile Central
- 2+ years of experience in working in Utilization Management area in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience working in scrum model.
- Experience with SQL
- Must have experience working in Global Delivery Centers model.

- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
