What you’ll do

  • Accountable for S&S sales and IGM% for assigned S&S opportunities and select named accounts Operational

  • Build an account Plan for each named customer

  • Proactively pursue S&S opportunities coming from the Market Professional sales team

  • Jointly develops and executes Account Strategy with Market Prof Sales for Systems opportunities

  • Maximize sales opportunities by increasing Signify’s share of wallet Financial

  • Deliver on the Systems and Services Sales targets in named Accounts, as well as other S&S opportunities originating from Market Customer

  • Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction during opportunity development

  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Market for product opportunities

  • Create a relentless drive for S&S growth

  • Effectively engage customers in value creation beyond lighting

  • Participate in customer and/or industry events as needed People

  • Foster a Customer First and Radical Collaboration mindset and actions

  • Build strong and productive working relationships with Market Prof Sales teams

  • Collaborate effectively with project team members to deliver timely, relevant solutions to customer

Your qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry

  • 5+ years of a strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts

  • 3+ years of value-based selling in a market/customer-facing role

  • Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains
