What You’ll Do  

Participate in a structured, on-the-job one year Leadership development training program covering Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and People Management. You will gain insights into our business by working across airport and downtown branches, with opportunities to travel as needed. 

  • Deliver exceptional SIXT premium customer service handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints. 

  • Support and drive branch sales and customer enthusiasm. 

  • Manage fleet operations, including vehicle additions, deletions, and performance metrics. 

  • Ensure branch appearance and operations align with corporate standards. 

  • Communicate effectively across departments to streamline operations. 

  • Analyze branch KPIs and recommend improvements. 

About You 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in sales, customer service, management. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. 

  • Willingness to travel withing a 50-mile radius of current branch.
