The Role
We are looking for a detailed oriented, execution savvy and meticulous individual to directly support the Chief Customer Success Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at SimplePractice. Your contributions will help our exec team and the employee experience across their functional groups.
Responsibilities
- Own vision and strategy for uplifting Customer Success team's and Marketing team’s remote work experience;
- program event cadence and theme for virtual connection, learning and fun
- Plan thoughtful in-person events for teams to curate team bonding and positive work culture
- Improve cross-collaborative work process between Marketing, Customer Success and other Groups by identifying gaps in team members’ understanding of process/needs/timelines and working to improve teamwork for stakeholders
- Actively connect the team with our customers and the customer experience to drive empathy and passion for our mission
- Implement learning and development lens into team events to increase engagement and positive growth for team members
- Own All-Hands agendas for Customer Success and Marketing; ensure agendas align with leadership cascades, upcoming events and launches, prominent company news, and speak to what is top of mind for the team
- Actively look for opportunities to build better synergy between teams, and within teams; brainstorm and implement solutions that improve workflows and serve a positive work culture
- Own tracking of topics communicated, number of times communicated, and which channels communications are shared via to ensure information cascading follows playbook, and the team knows when and where to expect/find information
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to spread implementation of successful programs to other teams; and build out opportunities to cross-pollinate with other teams via quarterly/bi-annual joint All Hands, AMA, and/or Virtual Socials, etc.
- Manage Jr. Admin/Assistant via assigning tasks, training, and fostering continued growth
- Own cadence and organization of AMA’s for CMO and CCO
- Own internal calendar for CMO and CCO
- Help manage external calendar and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders
- Prepare presentation decks, internal documentation and communications
- Work closely with the execs to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in executive administration, project management, or related field
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Ability to assess situations; present and implement solutions
- Strong culture facilitator who can act as an ambassador for creating and growing a positive work experience and team culture
- Experience implementing new ideas and turning them into successful programming for the team
- Experience handling sensitive company information
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Google. Proficiency in a broad array of online tools including spreadsheets and slide presentations
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are pro-active, and intellectually curious
Base Compensation Range
$80,000 - $110,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
