Job Summary:
As an Account Executive for Input 1’s retail premium finance division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by targeting retail agents and brokers. Your responsibilities will include cultivating quality leads, effectively communicating the benefits of our premium financing services, and building lasting relationships within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and close sales opportunities for premium finance and digital payment services with retail insurance agents in your designated territory.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to convey product benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service by attentively addressing customer concerns and fulfilling their needs.
- Build strong relationships and networks through interpersonal skills and regular interactions.
- Implement strategic sales planning to establish and maintain productive agency channels.
- Enhance client relationships by providing a positive experience through in-person, phone, email, and virtual interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and technology to serve as a reliable resource for prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and other leaders to identify solutions for client challenges and proactively assess additional needs.
- Demonstrate confidence and self-assuredness in building and sustaining successful channels.
- Engage in continuous training to refine sales techniques, manage objections, and enhance sales capabilities.

Work Environment:

Compensation and Benefits:
- $80,000/year - $130,000/year (bi-weekly pay) with unlimited commissions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of business development experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM applications like HubSpot or the ability to quickly learn.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.
