Position Overview:
Customer Service Representatives focus on providing membership experience, billing and technical support to our customers via email, phone and chat. They are ultimately responsible for answering questions, solving problems, and exemplifying amazing customer service. Additionally, they provide sales and marketing related support as needed.


What You'll Do
  • Engaging with our customers via telephone, email, chat threads and social media. You should enjoy interacting with people and get passionate about resolving issues.  
  • Leverage CRM tools and other membership management systems. 
  • Display active listening skills, perceiving emotional awareness in challenging situations, and empathize with customers to enhance an overall positive customer experience. 
  • Assist in meeting and exceeding business objectives by collaborating & supporting the Product, Development, & Marketing teams when possible. 

  • What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 1-3 year customer service experience 
  • Highschool Degree or GED
  • A nice to have would be Gorgias, CS ticket system experience 
  • Looking for a team member to work PST hours to have more coverage 
  • Looking for a team member who can work on the weekends (part time) and the rest of the hours during the week
