Job Description:

ASCENDING Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead the rebranding efforts of our client’s website and associated documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the customer to gather requirements, analyze the current website and documents, and develop a strategic plan to implement a modern, user-friendly, and customer-centric website. The revamped site must align with all agency, state, and federal regulations while meeting stakeholder expectations and branding guidelines.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with agency stakeholders, the Account Manager, and other team members to ensure that all deliverables are consistent with the approved branding strategy. This role involves obtaining approval from LWC Management on the final branding for both the website and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather and document website rebranding requirements.
  • Review current website and associated documentation to assess areas for improvement and develop a rebranding strategy.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive, user-friendly, and customer-centric website that adheres to all agency, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop guidelines and collaborate with the agency stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and approved rebranding approach.
  • Ensure all project team members are aligned with the rebranding strategy and assist in implementing the necessary changes to meet branding and content objectives.
  • Obtain final approval from LWC Management on branding decisions for the website and documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in logo and website rebranding and design.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in developing content strategies for large enterprise-level websites and content providers.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering customer-focused rebranding projects on time and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications (Desirable but not required):

  • Three (3) years of experience creating business requirements for website content.
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional logo creation.
  • One (1) year of experience in the marketing aesthetics of customer-centric website design.
