Your missions

Main Sail is seeking a UI/UX Developer to support a leading data protection software company in delivering software enhancements for their product suite. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for users. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and guide development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to align design vision with technical implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs, ensuring they meet user needs and client expectations.
  • Implement front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, optimizing performance and accessibility.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
