Job Summary:

Selected as a Top Workplace in Philadelphia for 15 consecutive years and headquartered in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, Movers Specialty Service (MSS) is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to provide support for our Customer Service Teams. Combined with our Customer Service Coordinators, you will be our primary customer touch point to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled timely and in accordance with customer requirements and MSS service and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Accept inbound calls from transferees, answering questions and taking appropriate action
  • Manage transferee call team order updates & relay information accurately
  • Accept/handle Live Support chats
  • Prioritize customer information
  • Input and correct order information
  • Support Customer Service Teams with various clerical duties


All candidates must be able to work 11:00am-8:00pm EST. We are staffed from 8:30AM until 8:00PM EST to support our customers nationwide. Overtime and occasional Saturday hours (9:00AM to 1:00PM EST) are required (about once a month).
