What You'll Do As a Lead Compensation Analyst

  • Assist with administration of employee compensation programs including base pay, bonus and long-term incentive pay, working closely with the HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance and Operations teams
  • Plan, administer and execute all annual compensation cycle activities, including serving as a resource for management to assist with making informed decisions
  • Conduct market analysis and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and management to ensure compensation offerings are aligned with market and internal equity
  • Manage and execute on complex, high-profile projects related to all facets of compensation
  • Provide high level customer service regarding inquiries and concerns to HR leads, management and employees. Counsel on best practices, provide strategic guidance, and ensure quick resolution
  • Evaluate jobs to ensure they are slotted appropriately within Dycom’s job architecture and salary structure
  • Review FLSA status to determine appropriate classifications
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of job profiles
  • Provide reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking to ensure compliance with Dycom’s compensation philosophy and to understand market and internal compensation trends. Use data to provide recommendations for compensation strategy
  • Participate in compensation surveys, compile data, complete analysis, and present findings

What You’ll Need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ year’s prior compensation experience
  • Superior data analytics and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an expert understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
