Job description

Key Autism Services is recruiting a Divisional Quality Director to join our clinical team! This is a new position due to company growth.

The ideal candidate will be required to live in one of the states that Key Autism Services operates in (GA, MA, IL, NC, CO, AL, TN)

Position Summary

The Divisional Quality Director position is a mid-level leadership position under the direct supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance. The Divisional Quality Director provides regular clinical quality audits for the designated divisions BCBA's & RBT's. In addition, the Divisional Quality Director is responsible for working closely with both the State Director(s), Regional Director(s) & Training Department to identify continued areas of focus for the BCBA's within the regions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the company's mission, beliefs in actions, language, and
  • Implementation of company policies and protocol in a timely and respectful
  • Complete randomized audits for session notes for a portion (25%) for all rendered services for assigned regions
  • Support completion of Quality Assurance Observations and Checks during staffing transitions
  • Observe and audit Initial Assessments for assigned regions
  • Review all Initial Authorization & Re-authorization Reports for assigned regions with specific clinical audit tool with feedback & goals for the clinician
  • Audit the use of MNA tool to ensure compliance on all clients
  • Quarterly RBT Supervision documentation audit completion
  • Monthly RBT Supervision % Audit completion
  • Review all Discharge Reports for assigned regions
  • Manage and collaborate on pilots
  • Collaborate and develop QA initiatives
  • Support assigned region on quarterly QA goals
  • Parent Training audits for assigned division
  • Partner with training department to provide additional training and mentorship for BCBA's within mentoring period
  • Partner with the Director of quality assurance to ensure all quality assurance checks & quality assurance observations are completed each trimester
  • Conduct quality assurance checks & overlaps in person as needed.
  • Create and drive initiatives to impact clinical KPI's in person (remote when necessary)
  • Attend meetings with supervising director on a weekly basis.
  • Attend regular state specific meetings hosted by the State Director
  • Attend and participate in regular leadership meetings hosted by ECD & Clinical Team
  • Host & Attend in-service
  • Communicate with Client Services and Operations as applicable to ensure the continuity of care for clients.
  • Oversight of incident reports, including investigation and reporting of findings to State
  • Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote clear communication between
  • Provide case supervision and parent training to assigned clients and/or assessments for their respective region
  • Oversee completion and compliance of BT Treatment Integrity checks & BT Training Checklist completed by BCBA's within assigned region.
  • Collaborate with staff in regards to implementation of organizational initiatives, services, and policies, as applicable.
  • Maintain billable requirement

Additional Requirements

  • Maintain BCBA certification
  • Maintain LABA or other state licensure
  • Weekly travel within region required
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-Time Regional Quality Directors are required to maintain agreed upon percentage of billable and non-billable hours equaling a minimum of 40 hours per week. This position is an exempt, full time position which will require more than 40 hours of work per week and occasional weekends for special events.

This position may demand responsibilities not outlined in this description to maintain the continued growth of the organization. These responsibilities may be assigned by the direct supervisors, Directors of other departments, or Organizational Leadership.

Salary: $80000 - $85000 per year
