About The Role

Location: Remote - Texas residents

About The Role

  • Automotive dealership experience or technical knowledge is required to qualify for this role
  • If you’ve worked with warranties in any capacity at an automotive dealership, please be sure to highlight this in your work history!

What You'll Do

  • Counsel service managers
  • Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
  • In English and French, offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed), while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in:
    • Warranty administration and/or insurance claims
    • Automotive dealership (service department and/or warranty administration preferred)
  • Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation:
    • No weekends or late shifts!
    • Monday - Friday
    • 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain time (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Remote Work Requirements

  • Texas resident
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
