About The Role

Location: Remote - Michigan residents

Do you have auto dealership experience and a background in warranty administration or insurance claims? Are you interested in working from home? This could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Counsel service managers
  • Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warranty administration and/or insurance claims
  • Automotive dealership experience (service department and/or warranty administration preferred)
  • Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time (no weekends or late shifts!)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Remote Work Requirements

  • Michigan resident
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
