Title Examiner - Upward Title & Closing - Colorado (Remote Position)
Anywhere Integrated Services National Operations Colorado Title Team is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner to join the Colorado Title Team in order to support Upward Title & Closing - Colorado. This new AIS joint-venture Title Company is poised for launch in Colorado, and we need a self-motivated individual to anchor our title examination efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial search and exam work in collaboration with our vendor partners.
- Calculate rates accurately for various title products.
- Provide exceptional support and service for title requests and revisions.
- Assist in recording and policy issuance, with occasional full exam work.

Necessary Qualifications:
- Colorado Title Producers License.

- Proven experience in residential purchase title exams and customer service until title policy issuance.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Data Trace’s TitleVision Plant and County Websites for title searches.
- Familiarity with the AIS CORE system and Title Module.
- Comprehensive understanding of title endorsements and their application.
