Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate job evaluation and compensation process
- Facilitate salary surveys and data audits
- Provide data-based compensation analysis on an ad hoc basis
- Maintain benchmarking data and external partner updates
- Review compensation structures for pay equity and compliance
