ICL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Analyst to lead one of our software business units!

ICL, part of the Valsoft Corporation is the leading provider of systems solutions designed for the demands and challenges of the supply chain management environment. ICL’s finished vehicle solution has approximately 40% of the finished vehicles market in North America and is used by more OEMs than any other system currently available. With the expansion to Europe, ICL has gained an important contract with a well-known automotive manufacturer.

The Role:  

This position will be responsible for directly assisting customers in improving their supply chain operations by monitoring and analysing data, providing recommendations to resolving problems sustainably (on the long-term) and resolving data quality and system issues. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Monitor errors in inbound and outbound data exchange
• Creating and monitoring master data in the database
• Trouble-shoot data issues and work proactively to resolve them sustainably on the long-term
• Booking and monitoring of shipments and special transports for vehicles
• Support customer requests and inquiries
• Contribute to process improvement activities
• Support in automation of internal processes with different IT-tools
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders of the manufacturer
• Working in an agile work-environment    

About You:  

• Proven experience in a similar data based role
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently and work well in a team environment
• Proficiency with Excel-based reporting and analysis
• Ability to prioritize work and exhibit initiative to meet deadlines
• High level of customer orientation
• Experience working in a data-intensive environment
• Understanding of relational database concepts
• General understanding and knowledge of vehicle logistics (preferred)
• Experience in Low/No Code tools like Outsystems (preferred)
• Have a Bachelor's degree (Information Systems/Technology or Logistics preferred)
• Professional proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal.
