Role description: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the identification of customer needs and broader business objectives, and manage internal activities to ensure that our products and services are competitive, innovative and create great value. 

Responsibilities:
  • Creating, maintaining, and adjusting the product-line-level strategy and production schedules 
  • Analyzing market and competition data to develop and design new product’s features based on data from research 
  • Building business cases for new products/services, bringing our products/services to the next level, planning and monitoring implementation, ensuring improvements take place, prioritizing features and capabilities 
  • Supporting as SME the marketing, business development, engineering, and support teams throughout the presale and launch cycles 
  • Tracking product use and impact on end users. 
  • Working closely with CEO, COO and PMO
  • Helping to present Products and Services, convey their competitiveness and support image of an innovative company externally 
  • Prioritizing company investments into product&services development, building business cases to support those developments that would bring biggest return on investment 
  • Representing as SME the business at trade shows and conferences 

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Digital Transformation Manager in Pharma agencies 
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives 
  • Marketing background is a plus 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 
  • Subject matter expertise in a Pharma market, familiar with Digital Content Delivery, Omnichannel campaigns, modular approaches etc.
