Location: Remote or Hub based (Bristol, London or Glasgow)

This role in a nutshell:

You drive the product strategy for automation and productivity tooling- focussed on colleague needs, product analytics, financial targets and external industry innovation. 

You work closely with business and tech teams to ensure that the backlog of automation and integration development work is aligned with the efficiency requirements of over 10,000 people delivering plan zero.

Your key outcomes will be to:

  • Build a deep understanding of current and future internal stakeholder needs.
  • Own the strategy for how to enable all internal stakeholders to leverage productivity capabilities.
  • Define and drive the roadmap tooling across the full lifecycle of productivity tooling, automation and integration feature development. 
  • Identify opportunities for the highest leverage across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across OVOTech teams and internal stakeholders to make build vs buy recommendations for automation and integration work.
  • Determine if and how to automate processes and integrate tech.

You’ll be a successful Senior Senior Platforms Automation Manager at OVO if you…

Bring tools and enablement experience - you will drive the overall automation and productivity tooling strategy to meet internal demand as well as build for the right end-user experience. You will have a strong understanding of technical systems & platforms and experience building and maintaining productivity tools for internal users that have a customer-centric objective.

We’ll pay you between £55,000 and £75,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
