Your missions

We are seeking a Creative Content Curator to join an arts and culture organization based in Liverpool.

Salary & Terms

  • Competitive salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid work model, providing the flexibility to work remotely while also facilitating collaborative sessions in our Brighton studio space.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Curate compelling and diverse content across various mediums, including visual arts, performance art, digital media, and written works, to showcase the richness and diversity of our local arts community.
  • Collaborate with local artists, musicians, performers, and cultural institutions to develop engaging content that reflects their unique talents, stories, and perspectives.
  • Manage content creation projects from conception to execution, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality and impactful content experiences.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders, sponsors, and media outlets to amplify the reach and impact of our creative content initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics and feedback to continually refine and optimize content strategies and enhance audience connection and loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, media studies, cultural studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content curation, creative direction, or arts management, with a strong passion for promoting and celebrating artistic expression and cultural diversity.
