Summary Of Role & Key Responsibilities
Summary of Role
Anthesis recognises that sustainable performance can only happen if our clients truly learn to be sustainable. The Digital and Corporate Education team is therefore uniquely placed to drive impact, by raising awareness of sustainability, enabling skills, and empowering learners to drive change. This growing team is now looking for an experienced End-to-End Digital Learning Designer, to support the UK and global team in creating educational materials for our small-medium enterprise and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high quality, engaging digital learning experiences by applying the latest learning theory, strong UX principles and high-end visual design
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create learning materials that are well-informed and client-centric
- Design and develop well-structured, interactive eLearning modules using applied instructional design and the latest authoring tools
- Develop meaningful and thought-provoking creative multimedia assets that can be used to enhance eLearning or as standalone content, including animations, videos, simulations and graphical components
- Collaborate with creative agencies to apply and enhance branded eLearning template designs, aiming to create informative modules that are visually engaging, highly memorable and deeply impactful
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance Anthesis digital learning solutions by staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices
Key Requirements
Key Requirements, Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Highly proficient in a range of eLearning authoring and asset design tools:
- Authoring: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate
- Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Audacity
- Experienced in the creation of high quality multi-language video animations, from script and storyboard development to final production using the latest software (eg Veed, Vyond, Audacity)
- Proven track record in applying colour theory, composition, UX/UI theory, typography and branding principles to create effective design work
- End-to-end video production experience, including scripting, storyboarding, filming and post-production of live videos (desirable)
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite, in particular PowerPoint but also including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint (desirable)

- Ability to remain highly organised, demonstrated by a proven attention to detail and the ability to co-ordinate, manage and deliver multiple projects within agreed timelines
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively engaging with colleagues and decision makers to progress development at pace, with strong communication skills
- Proven people skills and an ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, Anthesis subject matter experts and suppliers with and excellent track record of quickly building and maintaining rapport
