For one of the biggest names in employee benefits, we are looking for a customer care agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. You are responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls and administrative tasks.

Your role
  • Calls are always with priority.
  • To provide customer service:
    • Vouchers for services - used for cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and transport for disabled people.
  • To answer incoming calls and emails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange:
    • Registering and logging into the website
    • Change of personal data
    • Orders did not arrive
    • The client paid but did not receive cheques
    • Request for fiscal certificates for taxes
  • To provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage.
  • To be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and costumers.
Requirements
  • Fluent in the requested language
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
  • PC skills and very good written skills
  • Diploma of Secondary Education
  • Contact centre experience is an asset
