Please note that this is a remote position. Travel to client sites may be required up to the 15% of the time. Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will report to our office in Alpharetta.

In this role, you will provide the required expertise to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions to our clients.

Review client business processes to gather and document functional requirements and ensure completion of application designs by technical leads and principals that meet those requirements;
Work with technical leads and principals to understand application designs, define the scope and properly estimate the effort required to create implementation project plans and budgets;
Manage:

and control the project scope to ensure consistency with statement of work (SOW) parameters;
coordination of partners and working groups engaged in the project work;
project evaluation and dissemination activities.

Initiate, create and drive change orders (COs) with clients when necessary;
Actively manage and control the project plan, which includes updates on task completion and working with the client on plan modifications when necessary;
Prepare and present weekly project status reports to clients, including project cost vs. budget;
Track project team progress toward the completion of deliverables and milestones;
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using MS Project;
Meet with team members to forecast hours and continuously manage the budget to actuals and forecast to completion;
Monitor the project’s progress and performance;
Maintain a cooperative, motivated, and successful project team;
Act as a liaison and provide updates on the progress to the project steering committee;
Work closely with client project managers (PMs) and key users to ensure the project meets business needs.

Does this sound like you?

Four-year college degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience;
Minimum of:

2 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion software implementation;
5 years of experience in IT/business;
8 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations.

General understanding of corporate finance and technical business solutions;
General understanding of key IT/business systems, ERP (Sales/HR/Production), financials (GL/AR/AP), reporting and analytics, data warehousing, CRM, etc.;
Ability to demonstrate experience with structured project management and/or the software package implementation process;
Commitment to clients’ success and willingness to do what it takes to help ensure that success;
Knowledge and experience seeker looking to share their experience with others;
Experience with a flexible, innovative, and fast-paced work environment;
Superior communication skills: written, spoken and presentation, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive-level management and influence outcomes.
