Your missions

This is a remote position.

Scope

  • Make 100-150 calls per day
  • Manage a database of 10,000-15,000 property listings
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 6pm Eastern Time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners from an extensive database
  • Qualify leads by verifying property ownership and gathering key information
  • Assess property owners’ motivation to sell and identify potential opportunities
  • Update CRM system with accurate contact information and call outcomes
  • Achieve daily call targets and maintain high-quality conversation standards
  • Collaborate with internal brokers by providing qualified leads for follow-up


Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Resilience and positive attitude in handling rejections
