This is a remote position.

This job is open to Colombian residents only.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Finance Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on processing staff payments for our LATAM-based independent contractors. The ideal candidate will ensure that payments are accurate and timely. You will work closely with the Staff Services and Finance departments to manage payment schedules, track transactions, and resolve any payment-related issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage staff payments for LATAM independent contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with Staff Services and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data, including timesheets, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all payments made
  • Assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all payments are compliant with company policies 
  • Prepare and distribute pay advises, invoices, and other payment-related documents to staff.
  • Manage queries regarding payment issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Monitor and update payroll systems, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to support month-end and year-end financial reporting related to payroll.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll, finance, or administration, ideally with a focus on LATAM staff.
  • Good Spanish-English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process large amounts of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (experience with digital payment platforms is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
